 CE Credit Validity:

Since 1994 we have offered live training programs and our programs have been pre-approved as noted on on approvals page. They are accepted by most states and most licensure boards. We are listed with CEBroker.com in the State of Florida. We hold specific approvals for the State of Texas and well as NAADAC and NBCC. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to know the acceptance policy of your state or professional association for the licensure you hold. We will not make refunds for CE acceptance issues unless information provided on our page is wrong.

 Certifications offered by the ICBCH and Peachtree Professional Education:

Since 1994 we have offered live training CE programs and our CE programs have been pre-approved as noted on on approvals page. We also offer several certification options so that professionals may be recognized by Peachtree Professional Education, Inc. for completing specialized training. Certification is not state recognition or authorization to practice apart from the laws in  your state governing practice of these certification specialties. Certification is offered to help you develop your expertise with specific training, and to help you communicate completion of that training to clients, employers and the community.

Refund Policy for Live Workshops and Seminars:

Since 1994 we have offered live training programs and our policy has remained the same. Seating is limited at live training events, and materials are purchased and and fees at hotels are often based on attendance numbers. Because of limited seating, we often cannot replace a last minute cancellation with a paid participant. Credit card companies often take fees regardless of a refund being issued or not. For these reasons, our refund policy is as follows:
ELEVEN DAYS BEFORE AN EVENT – You may obtain a refund by contacting our office. A refund will be made through the same payment method used to secure your registration. We will withhold a $25 registration fee for any refund that is made. You may opt for a “store” credit. If you opt for a credit, the $25 administrative fee will not be charged, and your credit will be for the full amount.
TEN DAYS BEFORE AN EVENT OR SAME DAY CANCELLATION – No refund will be made; however, your registration fee can be used as a credit towards any future event, or for products and materials from our webpage within a 120 day period. We will not refund based on weather, health, politics, transportation, emergency or crisis, financial issues or any other reason within the ten days prior to a scheduled event.

Webinar and Online Class Refund Policy:

Webinars are limited in space, and we often sell all of the allotted spaces. We will not make any refunds for the inability to participate, in full or in part, in any webinar. We will not make any refunds once you have registered, however, if you contact us before the scheduled event, we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of you registration that can be used for a a future webinar or any products on our webpage.
Any refunds made, may take up to 30 days to be credited.

Shipping Information:

We prefer and use the US Post Office for all shipping. We also use FedEx Ground. We do not use UPS. If you need service with another carrier, arrangements can be made, but a small handling fee may be added to your order. Local taxes, duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Some countries with unstable delivery records may require additional shippng fees. We will email you if you live in one of these few select countries.

Return Policy:

E-books, downloaded files, and hypnosis scripts are nonrefundable.
Books, DVD’s, and other media materials will be accepted for return within 14 days – provided original packaging is unopened.
Opened products may be exchanged for the same title in the event of defect or malfunction – only within 14 days of purchase.
